Guarded deployment passed typecheck, 765 tests, first-paint and Build269 checks; no migrations pending. Cloudflare staging version d535f674-082f-4cb8-b7d5-bbabdf12f76f deployed successfully. Both changed vendor JS assets on staging match local source byte-for-byte; protected / and /landed redirect signed-out visitors to login. No signed-in staging UI review performed in this deployment turn. Production unchanged. Initial Cloudflare 7403 failure resolved on guarded retry.

Built locally (uncommitted): lib/email-capture.ts turns forwarded emails (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, forward-as-attachment) into a capture with original subject, the user note, original From/Date, the latest message, a compact signature whose links become labeled links (LinkedIn, Book a meeting, domain; trackers, logos, disclaimers removed) and an Earlier-in-thread summary; metadata records original sender and signature links. 8 tests pass, lint clean. Reminder email path is configured (production cron + REMINDER_EMAIL binding, email reminders on for all 3 users) but has 0 deliveries ever, so live delivery is unproven. Production runs tag 70cac219 (2026-10-05). git is blocked by the unaccepted Xcode license. Next: accept license, commit, deploy staging, test forwards, run a live reminder test.
